Opis stanowiska

• Preparing PowerPoint presentations and other materials for different audiences including management;
• Preparing Excel travel reports;
• Participating actively in workshops and meetings;
• Registration of support tickets in ticketing system;
• Organization of large events and workshops;
• Travel and Expenses arrangements.

Wymagania

• Attention to details;
• Self driven, can-do attitude;
• Very good communication and presentation skills;
• Student 4th year minimum ;
• Fluency in written and spoken English;
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel);
• Minimum work of 30 hours a week.
