Tasks and responsibilities depend on specific projects or practice needs and might include:

• daily interaction with team or project members
• structuring and performing analysis and primary research that address business issues and generate insights about client and industry business performance improvement
• daily support for project, groups or designated practice gathering and analyzing data, testing solutions, writing reports, other
• support business development activities
• participation in system implementation project, designing business processes, sources or solutions

• Students of the 4th or 5th year and graduates from majors economics, management, finance & accounting, quantitative methods in economics and information systems, other
• Outstanding academic background
• Previous internship / project / other professional experience would be strong an asset
• Strong quantitative acumen with the demonstrated ability to think analytically and conceptually
• Excellent command of English and Polish
• Good level of the other foreign language e.g. German, Italian, French would be a strong asset
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and presentation skills
• Knowledge of VBA will be an asset
• Excellent communication, team work and ability to work in distributed delivery environment
• Eagerness to learn and develop
