Opis stanowiska

Operations Strategy and Development is a Nordic development unit supporting Personal Banking Operations; responsible for planning and delivering Nordic strategic projects as well as for various management support activities.

The unit has currently 22 Strategic Partners and Business Analysts based in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Lodz, Oslo, Stockholm and Gothenburg.

Wymagania

The qualifications you need

English on communicative level (at least B2), both spoken and written
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Interest in managing applications
VBA and other programming languages knowledge will be an asset
Access and SQL knowledge will be an asset
Lean knowledge will be an asset
Project Management/participation experience
Good work organization skills of self and others
Solution oriented, can-do approach in dealing with challenges
Capable to work under time pressure
Quick learner with the ability to drive and adapt to changes
