The Traffic Specialist constantly monitors the process, with the help of traffic system, and will be able to make adjustments accordingly. Serves as the single point of contact for Creative Services’ partners. Identifies potential scheduling or resource issues and recommends solutions to partners and/or project team members. Must anticipate and troubleshoot problems, coordinate simultaneous plans, oversee scheduling, and develop solutions to workflow delays in an organization

The ideal candidate: 

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent training 
• 1+ year of client management/traffic experience in a corporate or advertising agency  
• Experience initiating and leading projects   Experience in creating reports and in data visualization 
• Project Management experience strongly preferred    
• Process improvement experience desired 
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills 
• Knowledge of business desktop applications (i.e.: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.) required  
• Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Professional   
• Ability to communicate effectively and to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships 
• Strong project management skills 
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to perform basic editing and proofreading 
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision  
• Excellent advocacy and persuasive skills  
• Ability to work well under pressure and to negotiate  
• Ability to perform analysis and identify trends
