The offer

As Management Support Officer, you’ll support Transation Monitoring with data analysis and reporting using advanced tools such as Power BI.  

In Transaction Monitoring Strategy and Planning Team we are supporting TM Managmenet as our key stakeholder. The ultimate objective is to ensure that our organisation is capable of executing plans from a business as usual perspective through transparent strategic guidance.  

What you’ll be doing:  

  • Prepare reports on monthly, quarterly and adhoc basis responding to Transaction Monitoring related queries  
  • Develop Transation Monitoring dashboards from an operational/risk perspective (using Microsoft Power BI)  
  • Support the strategic work in transaction monitoring with management reporting and presentations  

The role is based in Łódź. Welcome to our international team – you will be cooperating on daily basis with colleagues located in the Nordic countries such as Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

You will also need excellent communication skills, perfect time management, proactive approach and strong ownership of the tasks to support your Nordic team remotely. To succeed in tasks typical for your Team, it is also essential to be able to work from a risk-based approach in relation to assignments – putting mitigating actions in proactively to address inherent risks on deliveries.  

Your background:  

  • Academic degree, preferably in finance, accounting, management or economy  
  • At least 1-2 years of documented professional experience  
  • Excellent command of English  
  • Strong business acumen. Experience or interest in finance or banking area will be an asset  
  • Experience in data extraction from complex databases, preferably using SQL  
  • Ability to prepare reports in Excel; knowledge of VBA will be an asset
