Opis stanowiska

Oversee the Global Mobility function in providing direction on assignment structures, policy adherence, management of cyclical processes and cost management with vendors. This position will not only work with the day-to-day operations, but also look for ways to improve the mobility structure in streamlining process flows and improving the overall employee experience in Global Mobility.

Manages the Global Mobility function from pre-assignment, on-assignment, and post-assignment processes in working with the Global Mobility Specialists, internal/external stakeholders and vendors
Handles complex cases and provide effective communication on solutions to assignees and the business
Works on project improvements with internal and external stakeholders in utilizing technology and HRIS (SuccessFactors)
Serves as a point of escalation for issues or concerns from internal and external stakeholders
Reviews data and statistics for the business in providing feedback and recommendations from analysis
Creates presentations for the business and marketing communication for employees to highlight the mobility function features and benefits

Wymagania

Experience:

4-6 years mobility experience; experience with relocation and expat programs.
Experience in an international/ multi-cultural environment.
Previous work in immigration, compliance, and tax for a global company
Working with complexity and analysis to find a sound outcome
MS Office (Advanced level of Excel and Word)
Able to communicate clearly and convey decisions

Knowledge or specific business understanding:

Understanding of tax, social security, and immigration frameworks
Strong analytical skills and highly numerate
Ability to work well independently and make decisions
