Opis stanowiska

1. Responsibility for SuccessFactors modules Employee Central, Variable Pay, Compensation and Performance. Oversee the maintenance, improvements and projects in order to provide an overall great employee experience.

2 Manage complex cases and provide effective communication on solutions to process owners and the business

3 Work on project improvements with internal and external stakeholders in utilizing technology

4 Serve as a point of escalation for issues or concerns from internal and external stakeholders

5 Create presentations for the business and marketing communication for employees/managers to highlight the HRIS function

Wymagania

Qualifications required ⑤

Education: higher
Experience (type): 2-3 years experience with SuccessFactors in either conculting or on customer side with a key role in the implementation
Experience in SuccessFactors modules Employee Central, Variable Pay, Compensation and Performance
Experience in an international/ multi-cultural environment.
Experience in project management and strong communication
Able to communicate clearly and convey decisions
Digital mindset

Knowledge or specific business understanding:

Strong analytical skills and highly numerate
Experience in project management and strong communication
Ability to work well independently and make decisions
