Opis stanowiska

Working with us, you will be responsible for:

The primary role of the Data Protection Admin is to assist the Data Protection Officer (DPO) in complying with all issues relating to the protection of personal data in all relevant business activities in accordance with all relevant data protection and data security regulations and best practices.

The DP Admin will be responsible to maintain the GDPR mandatory documentation (Record of Processing Activities, Data Protection Impact Assessment, list of Controllers/processors/vendors) up to date by contacting business units at a scheduled interval, and by collecting their relevant information.

Main responsibilities:

Document Management:

  • Maintain Record of Processing Activities.
  • Maintain Data Protection Impact Assessments.
  • Maintain list of Controllers/processors/vendors.
  • Collect and store Compliance evidences.

DPO Mailbox Management:

  • Daily manage the requests and queries in the central mailbox.
  • Assign actions to relevant business line employees.
  • Assist DPO in replies to Data Subjects.
  • Enter request received in the mailbox into Archer IRRP platform.
  • Send reminders for aging actions.

Meetings Management:

  • Assist DPO in the setup of meetings and calls about Data Protection topics.
  • Take notes and minutes of such meetings.
  • Assist the DPO in his Calendar management

Wymagania

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

Knowledge, education, and experience:

  • Experience in an administrative function.
  • Minimum 2-year work experience in the financial services industry with a minimum of 1 year experience gained within data protection field.
  • Basic knowledge of national and European data protection and data security laws and best market practices, including understanding of GDPR will be viewed as advantage.
  • Basic understanding of operational processes, risk assessment, project management, information technologies and data security

Skills and abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French being an asset.
  • Demonstrates highest ethical standards.
  • Is able to support senior level of management.
  • Good skills on Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint.
  • Self-organized, and able to manage priorities.
