Opis stanowiska
Supporting HR department in current tasks (phone screening, scheduling job interviews, providing feedback to candidates, preparing materials for new hires etc.);
Ensuring proper flow of the information within the company;
Preparing communication for all employees;
Keeping a calendar of the meetings;
Supporting the management team;
Preparing reports, correspondence flow, facility issues.
