Opis stanowiska

  • Supporting team members in case of more complex queries received by email and phone (process clarification and sharing the best practices within customer service area)
  • Answering general questions related to process specifics, usage of tools and applications raised by team members and analysts
  • Supporting team members in case of workload
  • Performing trainings for newcomers including Introduction Card training
  • Performing Quality Checks for newcomers and team members
  • Review of the daily auto allocation
  • Managing split the updates of absent agents
  • Preparation of forward report on weekly basis
  • Preparation and check of knowledge test taken by newcomers
  • Managing VMD
  • Raising tickets for the tool’s outage
  • Reporting to SD Team Leaders operational, quality and IT issues
  • Initiating improvements in Service Desk department (participation in White Belt projects, process improvement initiatives)
  • Reporting working time in Onpoint on a daily basis
  • Reporting to SD Team Leaders the need of overtime in advance
  • Performing other tasks delegated by SD Team Leaders

Wymagania

  • Working experience in an outsourcing environment is highly desirable;
  • Experience in Accounting, Finance is a plus
  • Fluent in French and English;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including rapport building;
  • Good organizational and analytical skills;
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills;
  • Highly motivated, proactive and flexible;
  • Can work to deadlines with efficiency and accuracy
  • MS Office knowledge/skills
  • SAP experience is a must.
