Opis stanowiska

Supporting team members in case of more complex queries received by email and phone (process clarification and sharing the best practices within customer service area)
Answering general questions related to process specifics, usage of tools and applications raised by team members and analysts
Supporting team members in case of workload
Performing trainings for newcomers including Introduction Card training
Performing Quality Checks for newcomers and team members
Review of the daily auto allocation
Managing split the updates of absent agents
Preparation of forward report on weekly basis
Preparation and check of knowledge test taken by newcomers
Managing VMD
Raising tickets for the tool’s outage
Reporting to SD Team Leaders operational, quality and IT issues
Initiating improvements in Service Desk department (participation in White Belt projects, process improvement initiatives)
Reporting working time in Onpoint on a daily basis
Reporting to SD Team Leaders the need of overtime in advance
Performing other tasks delegated by SD Team Leaders
