Opis stanowiska

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Work closely with the team on the implementation of Telemedicine Solutions in CEE, providing good quality support for its users and communicating efficiently with the Business, medical entities, and legal departments in all regions. You will coordinate both TM solutions (CO & DM) launches and manage post-launch support for Sales Teams in CEE.

You are responsible for

Managing new launches of the Care Orchestrator (CO) and DreamMapper (DM) solutions in CEE ( in cooperation with sales and business Team)
Provide great quality support for both telemedicine solutions' users (medical entities, business partners, Philips employees) and to communicate with Business Group
Organize training for clients (medical entities, business partners) and Philips' employees on CO and DM
Setting new accounts for medical entities and distributors with which Philips SRC cooperate
Managing contracts with new partners (cooperation with a legal department) and modems (data transfer) utilization
Contacting support team and processing issues with both solutions (cooperation with sales and business team)
Checking and analyzing the reports regarding the number of users in CO and DM
Controlling marketing and technical documents (cooperation with marketing team)
Controlling customer feedback and managing clients' complaints
Supporting the Customer Care teams involved in DreamMapper (DM)

Wymagania

Last year student or graduate of Economics, Management, or any other business-related domain
Developed data analytics skills
Precision and accurateness are your strong points
Developed interpersonal and communications skills
Good Excel skills
Growth mindset and openness to learning and improve
Fluent English & Polish in speaking and writing is a must
