Opis stanowiska

Responsibility for pricing process: internal review and approval support, coordination of timely pricing communication
Managing customer master data process from the entities in hub
Issuing credit and debit notes from customers
Resolving accounting issues with customers and vendors
Responsibility for the accurate recording volume, revenue and COGS
Creating Purchase Requisition and Good Receipting for non-marketing transactions
Supporting Finance Manager with oversight of the various transactions in compliance with JTI and Policy and Procedures
Supporting Financial controller with request for ad-hoc requests on compliance checks
Responsibility for the financial accuracy of P&L
Ensuring financial data integrity in TM1
Managing month-end & quarterly closing and Interco billings
Supporting panning exercises – Latest Estimation (LE), ASP and the actual review, planning, data input, analysis and reporting of Opex and other P&L lines
Providing financial information and analysis to support the Area Sales Manager
Preparing regular pricing MEMO for the markets under the responsibility of the ASM
Managing the customer’s overdues and credit limit

Wymagania

Have an University Degree in Finance/Accounting and/or relevant business experience
2 years of working experience in Finance, system support or advanced user experience
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Excellent PC skills, Excel knowledge, Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting
Great analytical skills
