Opis stanowiska

Creative Services team in Franklin Templeton is like an internal advertising agency. We are creating whole spectrum of marketing and promotional materials for Franklin Templeton.

The Traffic Specialist works with various departments and individuals to ensure materials and resources flow through in a timely manner. Must have good planning skills and the ability to anticipate problems and to develop a plan of action to make sure that the deadlines are met. Traffic Specialist creates detailed schedules, sets deadlines at each stage of the creative project, and is responsible for distributing the work between creative teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Taking in and closing out jobs, ensure that the creative team has all the necessary requirements (creative direction, information, files, and chargeback number) in hand before production begins; enter all the data in the system,
  • Offer a point of view for solving problems and overcoming obstacles to achieve objectives,
  • Effectively respond to business partner concerns/questions and/or escalate to appropriate leader(s),
  • Provide ongoing status reports,
  • Improve team productivity by prioritizing work before it comes into creative teams,
  • Provide real-time overview of team capacity,
  • Support leaders to increase visibility of the team’s work,
  • Evaluate current department policies and procedures and provide feedback to management to improve efficiencies,
  • Proactively participate in identifying, testing, and implementing technologies that can improve work output, productivity, and/or communication.

Wymagania

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Student status,
  • Very good English (daily work in English),
  • Availability of 25-30h / week,
  • Basics of project management,
  • Knowledge of business desktop applications (i.e.: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.),
  • Ability to communicate effectively and to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships,
  • Excellent organizational skills.
