Opis stanowiska

We are looking for a motivated, communicative IT professional for the Solution Manager position who, based on requirements from internal users, coordinates the lifecycle (Develop/Release/Retire) of workplace solutions for software developers and first line workers in the digitalization journey of Bosch
Requirements Management for Developer Workplace and Bosch Associate Portal: requirements gathering and prioritization, support and coordinate the evaluation of effort and resources, identify new customers/customer requirements together with key accounts team, consulting Product/Solution owner on the fulfilment of requirements management KPIs, coordination of Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities, product release coordination (e.g. Pilots, Proof of Concepts)

Wymagania

Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Business IT
Fluent written and spoken business English
Strong communicator and customer engagement
Working knowledge of requirements management tools (JIRA, Microsoft TFS)
IT Project management, Agile and DevOps will be hugely advantageous.
