Opis stanowiska

We welcome you to a challenging, innovative environment with great opportunities for you to explore. We are looking for a motivated professional who would like to join our Procurement Centre of Excellence in Łódź.

The Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM) Team is the gatekeeper and administrator for the processes related to master data management of Philips vendors. It ensures that the entire process runs smoothly and timely, and if there are problems that arise in the process, they facilitate the resolution of those issues.

Your responsibilities:

Daily support for SLM users regarding the process, related tools usage, and reporting functionality
User Database Management
Conducting training sessions for users (e.g. buyers, procurement engineers, commodity managers)
Maintenance of reports/reporting dashboards
User materials preparation

Wymagania

Bachelor degree (as a minimum)
Fluent English (B2 minimum, C1+ preferred)
Communication skills and customer attitude
High level of accuracy and strong execution skills
Fast learner
Self-driven and pro-active attitude, ability to work independently
Team player
