Opis stanowiska

Ensure that all telephone calls from hospitals and private patients are answered efficiently within departmental procedures
Enter all customer orders in a timely manner, using SAP and other supporting applications.
Log any customer complaints received according to company procedure and issue all necessary documents to complete the flow
Ensure information on the customer database is kept up-to-date, i.e. check information when speaking to customers on the phone
Provide a professional and efficient service to customers – maintaining a high standard of service, product information and advice while remaining courteous at all times
Take clear messages for other members of the department and the sales team where necessary, ensuring messages passed on as soon as possible
Together with team members continuously implementing improvements through Lean tooling and disciplines

Wymagania

Currently studying towards your University degree
Available at least 25h/week (preferably >30h-40h/week)
Quick learner
Fluent in spoken and written English
Excel intermediate knowledge
Good communication skills
Analytical mind with an eye for detail
