Opis stanowiska

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Become a part of mature and knowledgeable Team of senior order management specialists, which are responsible for end-to-end sales orders maintenance. Apart from that, you will pro-actively collaborate with Supply Chain functions such as Sales, Planning, Warehousing, Shipping and others. Moreover, you will contribute to business transformation at European level and be a part of a team that builds close relationship with #1 worldwide e-commerce company.

You are responsible for

Coordination of entire order delivery process in SAP ERP: sales orders intake and processing, clearing, creation of delivery notes, surveillance on goods shipments;
Resolving with multiple stakeholders any sales orders blockers, such as: master data issues, pricing issues, availability issue;
Creation and maintenance of return orders – in close cooperation with our warehousing partner;
Responding to various e-mail queries affiliated with order management;
Creation of basic Excel reports for Team and customer.

Wymagania

• Student of at least 2nd year of studies

• Availability to work 30-40h/ week

• Fluent English, written and spoken (at least B2)

• Good knowledge of Excel. Some SAP experience will be a great plus

• Great communication skills, eye for details, well organized
