Opis stanowiska

Actively participate in the implementation of Concur in new countries with global project team, provide support for the SAP Concur Travel & SAP Concur Expense modules configuration & administration, responsibility for the evaluation of T&E process requirements in the respective countries, configure Concur expense settings accordingly or manage the business requirements with internal & external IT department
Develop and maintain knowledge of SAP Concur implementation and support practices and methodologies, take part in SAP Concur conference calls, training and conferences , carrying out system tests and user trainings for new team members
Provide contributions to SAP Concur document library which includes development of new documents/processes as well as updates to existing documents/processes, create, monitor, update and close support cases
Ensure completion of assigned deliverables, managing schedules, meeting milestones and proper reporting, provide guidance and position best practice recommendations to the BSH legal entities to ensure an optimized solution is provided
Communicate with different areas of the company to ensure correct accounting, financial reporting and settlement of revenue matters in SA

Wymagania

The ideal candidate will have recent experience using Concur, advanced excel skills, and have an outgoing, customer service oriented personality
A Bachelors' degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree
Proven experience in T&E processes, business travel or T&E tools is a plus, experience in Concur and in SAP would be an advantage
Proactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times, technical as well as analytical thinking
Effective communications and problem solving skills, excellent written and oral communications skills and effective presentation skills in business English
General Excel knowledge and knows how to create pivot tables, vlookup and basic formulas
