Opis stanowiska

Solving, escalating and tracking of system incidents according to the defined Service Levels
Analyzing, assessing and investigating alerts, warnings and errors generated by the corporate IT systems, applications and infrastructure components and issued by users
Performing operational tasks connected with corporate IT infrastructure (Remote Infrastructure Management)
Initiating and implementing Continual Service Improvement activities (monitoring/daily operations)
Cooperation with other support teams within whole group

Wymagania

IT support experience
Deep technical knowledge in one or more from the following areas LAN/WAN, Windows Servers, Unix/Linux, Virtualization (VMWare), Storage and Databases (MS SQL, Oracle), SAP, Scripting (Powershell, Python)
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, monitoring tools (fe. SCOM, Icinga etc)
Process Management knowledge (fe. ITIL) would be an advantage
Project Management knowledge (fe. Agile, Lean) would be an advantage
Very good English (written and spoken)
Team-working, stress-resistance, willingness to learn
