What is Client Dealer Services team responsible for?

Client Dealer Services team is responsible for daily interactions with our external clients and business partners concerning their operational and procedural queries.
The team is supporting funds distribution in European markets also with regards to projects and provides an overview of local procedures and processes.
Aside contact with the clients and external business partners you will also interact with various internal teams including Sales, Legal and Compliance.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Senior Client Reperesentative?

• Ensuring the highest level of service through e-mail and phone to our clients.
• Supporting distribution of Franklin Templeton funds by participating in projects.
• Providing direct support to the clients and business partners with regards to their operational queries and business initiatives.
• Supporting implementation of various improvement initiatives. #ENTRY_LEVEL

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

• Is fluent in Czech and has a good knowledge of English language
• Educational background or equivalent qualifications
• Has strong interpersonal skills, as well as diplomacy and tact
• Has relevant client service skills
