Opis stanowiska

Work closely with the GBS leadership team to facilitate integrated delivery of the GBS strategy
Support in design of services and create ideas and solutions to improve service offering and quality
Ensure proper documentation of services (Service description, activity split etc.)
Drive process harmonization and standardization
Ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs) for GBS services are delivered according to specifications
Define and collect business volume indicators and key performance indicators (BVI / KPI)
Support benchmarking and market analysis (service industry)
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Cooperate with Global Business Service Center management, transition managers and service managers
Create and maintain a work environment conducive to teamwork, creativity, quality, operational efficiency, and value acceleration

Wymagania

Proven track record in Accounting and HR service industry with three to five years work experience, preferably in an organizational development role
Experience in delivering major transformation projects
Analytical skills
Communication skills
Very good English and German
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
