Opis stanowiska

Rollout of Home Connect to new countries to increase the global reach of Home Connect, the widest IoT ecosystems in the white goods industry
Support of regions and countries to plan, execute and monitor country rollouts, including the buildup of business cases
Proactive and self depending process driving coordinating all relevant global, regional and local stakeholders
Holistic requirements coordination concerning all country-specifics, e.g. legal, IT landscape and marketing
Alignment of these requirements with all affected teams, the home connect product management and relevant marketing organizations
Controlling of the rollout status and reporting to global and regional management
Continuous improvement of the rollout tool set and processes
In addition, support on operational tasks such as delivering launch information, managing update processes of legal documents or sharing best practices

Wymagania

3-5 years experience in successful project management
Experience in rolling out complex solutions world wide
Strong stakeholder management skills
Proactive and self-motivated personality, willingness to take ownership
Organized working approach, ability to multi-task, high reliability
Excellent problem solving skills, strong focus on implementation
Team player with strong communication skills
Bachelor or Master degree in information technology, engineering, business administration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German would be a plus)
