Opis stanowiska

As a Philips Graduate Talent, you will join a 2-year program, in which you will be fulfilling up to 3 challenging assignments in different areas within Philips. A tailored learning journey will be offered over the course of the program, as well as ongoing ‘learning on the job’ and learning from each other by leveraging the power of the global graduate cohort. As a Graduate Talent, we offer you a structured approach for rotations with you being in the driver’s seat to determine your 2nd and 3rd assignments. Whether you want to stay close to your core or explore new areas, or anywhere else in between. Whether you want to work towards becoming a specialist or a generalist; whether you want to work in the field of complex medical devices, connected care, or personal health: you get the opportunity to explore, contribute, learn and receive support while doing so.

During your journey in Philips, you will rotate among three different teams, where you will be responsible for:

Recruitment Marketing:

  • Execute campaign tracking set up and activation for paid and organic activations as needed on key career channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Assist with reporting and analysis for data-driven brand and marketing campaigns, including collecting data for review and analysis, updating internal documentation, and sharing results with the RM team
  • Build monthly email newsletter within our CRM tool for monthly email drop to key talent segments
  • Publish new content for the Employee Advocacy program via an internal tool
  • Partner with RM team on projects including:
  1. Identify new social listening tools and/or potential partners for the RM team to utilize as an always-on tool
  2. Refreshing content on our key career channels including our career site
  3. Competitive research to explore and test new channels and/or partners

Talent Acquisition Optimization:

  • Process Standardization, Gap analysis of the recruitment process per country
  • Process documentation
  • Streamlined offer process
  • Global Rollout of Background Checks

Enterprise or Campus Recruitment:

  • Driving the end to end recruiting process
  • Providing labor market expertise to stakeholders
  • Identifying and sourcing top talent for Philips
  • Reporting progress following the LEAN methodology 


  • Recent or upcoming graduate with Bachelors (or Masters) degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Business or similar
  • Interest in working within Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources
  • Previous internship or coop experience in HR or recruitment is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, so you can persuade colleagues at all ranks in the organization
  • International experience or an international mindset
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager and ambitious
  • Speak and write fluently in English & Polish


As a GDP trainee, you will receive a permanent, full-time employment contract.

  • Upload your CV in English
  • In week 43/44 you will be informed whether you passed the pre-selection round and if yes you will be invited to perform an online test.
  • In week 45 you will be informed whether you are selected for the next round, the virtual video pitch.
  • In week 47 you will be informed whether you belong to the best performers, you will be invited to the final virtual Assessment Center, which will take place in week 48. During this event, you will work on several challenging exercises together with similar-minded graduates. Of course, we will also provide you with more information on the Graduate Development Program and the assignments. This is the final step in the selection process. Early next week (49), we will inform you of the outcome.
  • The start date will be on the 1st February 2022.
