Opis stanowiska

Provide expertise to internal customers/projects about necessary SAP skill-sets of resources for projects, also consult customers about costs. Collaborate with human resource manager.
Optimize service level agreements and communicate updates to stakeholders/customers
Coordination, optimization and continuous improvement of global SAP Basis services and concepts
Design and implement a customer feedback concept
Customer escalation management, act as contact person for internal customers in case of problems
Continuously design and implement measures to increase customer satisfaction and quality
Ensure audit conformity and coordinate relevant measures within the department
Support coordination of tasks of team in India

Wymagania

MUST HAVE:

SAP Administration
Database: Oracle, HANA
Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, IBM-AIX
SAP: Basis Module, Performance Analysis, ABAP Know-How
S4/HANA skills
Project Management
Very good command of English

NICE TO HAVE:

SAP Life Cycle Management
People Management
German skills
