Opis stanowiska

You will be responsible for analyze of IT KPIs (operational, financial, benchmarking, .)
Based on your findings you will propose the measures to improve IT Service quality
You will design new KPIs that help to drive proactively IT Service Excellence
Together with the product & service owners you will follow up implementation of the measures

Wymagania

IT Service Management (ITIL)
Process Management
Experience in the management of small IT undertakings (projects)
Ability to work in a team
Analytical thinking
Customer orientation
