Opis stanowiska

Organize quizzes, distribute and evaluate and create key figures
Onboarding of new colleagues
Weekly quality Spot checks organize, monitor and create KPI's
Label task preparation and distribute work
Label task follow up: speed, quality, quantity, deviation to target
Manage technical problems
Mentor for new labelers and coach new mentors
Organize training training and trainer, organize Q&A meeting
Create and control key figures, create documentations and instructions
Top down and bottom up planning for short, mid and longtime including capacity and qualification management
Recruiting of new team members
People management
Cost and efficiency control, offer calculation for new labelling projects
Process improvements
Communication with customer and other partners

Wymagania

Team and people management experience at least 2 years
Good communication skills
Speaks more than 2 languages and loves languages
Understands data science models
Understand home appliance business
Organization skills
Quality mindset and systematic approch to lead permanent improvements
