Opis stanowiska

You will be responsible for developing strategy for USB Audio Devices being used by MS Teams, Avaya and other communication / collaboration software in Bosch
You will work with vendors throughout lifecycle of the device
You will certify new USB audio devices
You will work on improving overall quality of the USB Audio Devices using ITIL Problem Management

Wymagania

Experiences and Know-How: Experience in ITIL quality processes (Problem Management) as well as in Agile methods
Personality: Interculturally open, assertive and communicative as well as binding and friendly in appearance
Education: Completed degree with a focus on information technology (computer science, etc.) or a comparable qualification
Languages: Fluent English
