Opis stanowiska

What is this role about – Purpose:

You will support the organization on all elements related to Organization Management, position classification and Job architecture. You will partner with P&C Strategy, Markets and Functions to support them in their diverse organizational development.

What will you do - responsibilities:

Advise Markets & Functions on position classification (evaluation methodology, classification approach, models, governance, information system)
Perform position analysis, organizational reviews and internal comparisons to formulate mapping recommendations for roles; ensure that official position evaluations are properly recorded and implemented
Perform organizational design analysis, identify potential pain points and areas for improvement, and liaise with respective P&C to propose corrective actions
Ensure that P&C systems reflect appropriately Organization Design & position classification decisions and principles, so as data consistency among the various information systems; work closely with Core People Process Group to enhance system data quality
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the reference job catalogue

Wymagania

You have a good understanding of HR processes – we believe that 3+ years in a similar or generalist role in a multinational environment will set you up for success
You are a confident Excel user and you have worked with SAP HR
You enjoy analysing processes and communicating with stakeholders
You work autonomously and are a self-starter
We work in English
You have a University degree in Human Resources, Economics or Business administration
