Opis stanowiska

You will be responsible for requirements analysis and the creation of system and process concepts as a part of the Service and Support Framework.
You will consult the departments on automation process and interface design as well as IT automation strategies and requirements for future IT system design
You will integrate new IT services into defined provisioning and service management value streams
You will collaborate with IT Product Owner to deliver state of the art automation capabilities

Wymagania

Experiences and Know-How: Workflow-based process design, Webservices (REST, SOAP, …), Node.js, Database knowledge (MS SQL, Oracle), experience in Micro Focus Operations Orchestration as advantage
Personality: Excellence communication skills, interculturally open, team player, capable to achieve consensus with communities
Education: Completed degree with a focus on information technology (computer science, etc.) or a comparable qualification
Languages: Fluent English
