Opis stanowiska

The team you will be a part of

The Engineering team discovers, develops and evaluates new product ideas, enhancements, or strategic product extensions, and translates research discoveries into usable and marketable products. Leads, plans and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace. Coordinates with various functions to ensure successful product development and implementation.

This role in summary

The person in this role will be part of the Operations Excellence team of Whirlpool EMEA, and will be responsible for coordinating the industrial Capital Expenditure in collaboration with our plants and leaders. In addition to that, the person will be responsible for the management of the cross factory data management (plant capacity, KPI scorecards, industrial databases…), its update and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Capex coordination:
  • Collect inputs from different stakeholders in OE (Operations Excellence) facilitate target setting and deployment
  • Control and provide regular updates on Approved/Committed/Actual Capex, keep updated forecast. Monitor KPIs and identify Continuous Improvement Actions.
  • Support and drive the discussion in terms of prioritization of capital allocation by Plant/Program in order to optimize expenditure
  • Facilitate PPM (Planisware) and SAP usage among the manufacturing organization

Data analytics:

  • Maintain the consistency and the accuracy of the main Data repository under the Operations Excellence (ATC, Databases, KPIs…) in collaboration with x-functional stakeholders
  • Support the new strategic initiatives by providing ad hoc analysis regarding the ISC metrics and KPIs
  • Identify and make actionable improvement / innovation in the area of data Management

Wymagania

Minimum requirements

  • Engineering degree or Financial degree
  • 1-2 years of professional experience preferably in Industrial Operations (Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, Industrial controlling, etc)
  • Proactive, collaborative, structured and data driven approach with excellent English skills

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Knowledge about Capital investments or finance
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate low-medium complexity projects
  • Google Suite, data analytics and data visualization tools (e.g. Google sheets, Google data studio, Google sites) plus Project Portfolio Management software (Planisware) knowledge would be a great asset
