Opis stanowiska

Purpose of the position: to ensure that suppliers’ risks are identified, measured, monitored, managed and reported in line with existing process. All in order that those risks can be managed in an efficient manner to enable informed decisions to be taken and to manage threats and exploit opportunities.

  • Support buyers to identify risky suppliers, develop and implement risk mitigation measures, all in line with existing process, tool and regulation
  • Identify opportunities to further enhance risk management activities, create recommendations, support the development and implementation of the enhancement projects
  • Coordinate and manage all internal queries related to Supplier Risk Mgmt, supporting the purchasing community
  • Provide practical guidance for buyers, drive risk awareness and conduct relevant trainings

Wymagania

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, influence and act as expert across all levels of organization
  • Ability to cut through complexity, be pragmatic and get things done
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Flexibility and responsiveness to a constantly changing environment
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Fluent English is a must (written and verbal), German would be an asset
  • Team player and problem solving mindset
  • Education: Master’s Degree (preferably Business, Economics)
  • Few years of professional experience e.g. in Purchasing or Supplier Management area
