Opis stanowiska

development of blended training concepts for IT solutions;
planning of demands, training structure and integration into the existing training portfolio;
design and implementation of the process from the idea to the efficient eLearning solution ;
project management and coordination of internal and external training development teams;
consulting and support in content creation tools for Web based trainings, especially Articulate 360, audio and video production.

Wymagania

practical knowledge of learning theories and experience in developing concepts, creation and delivery of effective eLearning solutions or Web Based Trainings;
technical know-how of Articulate 360 Suite (modules Storyline and Rise) and authoring tools for audio/video content management and edit;
practice in project management and coordination of development or learning initiatives;
planning skills and openness for usage of agile methods for continuous improvement of our training portfolio, experience with JIRA;
highly developed communication and networking talents, efficient cooperation in multicultural remote team, including external partners
