Opis stanowiska

You will be working in an exciting international, cross-functional, agile environment and contributing personally to the transformation of the company.

Challenging projects and tasks await you, such as:

Develop & create communication messages & formats for relevant stakeholder groups (top management, associates, communities)
Develop & create sustainable long-term change communication plan in the field of cultural transformation
Manage content and publish articles, videos, interviews etc. in BSH‘s intranet
Manage, develop and drive global network of several hundred change enthusiasts working on change and culture initiatives
Engage, foster and moderate exchange and sharing of ideas and experiences within the communities and beyond to harness and scale them up to the organization
Track, monitor and evaluate communication measures & network activities, improve effectiveness & efficiency

Wymagania

University degree / MBA in economics, business psychology or similar studies
Experience and knowledge in change communication, community work, culture & leadership development, (agile) transformation
Excellent lateral communication skills (verbal and written, English) and broad media-competence incl. digital collaboration tools
Pro-active working style with empathy and high motivation to learn, meet and connect people as well as to initiate and moderate dialogues
Security in dealing with diverse, multi-cultural stakeholder-groups incl. C-Level
Experienced and comfortable in cross-collaborative, agile working and fast changing environments
Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure with limited guidance
