Opis stanowiska

As a Functional Analyst, you will be a member of the R&D and Service Domains operations team. These teams are responsible to deliver end-to-end application management focusing on RUN (maintenance) and BUILD (development) activities.

Application Development BUILD services:

  • Collecting business requirements
  • Preparation of user stories based on Business Requirements
  • Preparation of analysis and estimation based on Business Requirements

Application Operations and Maintenance RUN services:

  • Ensure that activities within a process are being performed at a high level of quality and that it meets its associated Service Level Agreements or Operational Level Agreements by monitoring the Incidents and managing the workload in their respective queues to ensure that Service Level Agreement and Operational Level Agreement are respected.
  • Assisting in project management activities by performing activities and resource planning, organizing and motivating a project team, controlling time management, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing and managing project risk, monitoring progress, managing reports and necessary documentation
  • Work directly with Application Support to ensure proper recording of incidents and ensure that Incidents assigned to their Support Groups are resolved and that service is restored
  • Point of contact for all Major Incidents to determine if an incident needs to be escalated according to the priority and severity of the issue and participate in Incident review following major Incidents
  • Identify incidents/vulnerability for review and initiate, schedule and conduct incidents/vulnerability reviews.


  • To be enrolled at a university with valid student status (studies in IT is preferred)
  • Very good (at least B2 level) English skills
  • The ideal candidate is not afraid to speak up and make questions or present suggestions
  • Technical skills, communication skills, ambitious (development paths to ops management and/or project management depending on business/technical skills)
  • Preferred availability: min. 30h/week
