Opis stanowiska

Scope of the role:
Client Delivery – Business Documentation Team is a diverse group of experienced professionals that are Subject Matter Experts on client facing documents and Policies & Procedures. The team constantly collaborates with business partners to create and maintain policies and procedures to ensure they are fit for purpose, up to date and accurate.

Working with us, you will be responsible for:

  • Continuously drive efforts to evaluate and evolve current processes to successfully meet the changing business needs
  • Participate in and/ or lead staff and manage resources from various business units, in all phases of multi-site, company-wide projects to accomplish stated objectives.
  • Support moderate to large assignments in scope and complexity using initiative and independent judgment.
  • Lead and manage staff in the absence of the line manager, maintaining, service deliverables and initiatives/projects
  • Create comprehensive standardized procedures to meet business needs
  • Support the business to document their working practices and processes that all employees will be held accountable and responsible for
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on writing policies and procedures
  • Applies the characteristics of business / technical writing skills
  • Initiate and coordinate the regular review of standardized policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to manage the creating of policy statements for high-risk procedures
  • Review and address SME requests via the designated mailbox
  • Review Local Office procedures updated by the SME for consistency, language and format
  • Facilitate regular monthly Policies and Procedures SME Forums
  • Produce effective communications pertaining to material updates to the policies and procedures to support business needs
  • Facilitate the resolution of Internal Audit & Management Assurance Program findings
  • Lead efforts across various divisions to evaluate and evolve current processes to successfully meet the changing business needs
  • Act as the primary contact on behalf of the Business Services, Business Documentation team

Wymagania

  • 7 years with minimum 3 years of business knowledge
  • Minimum three years participating in or managing medium - large initiatives
  • Fluent in written & spoken English
  • Proven experience of business documentation creation
  • Strong PC knowledge including use of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong decision making and customer service focus
  • Strong attention to details and quality
