As a Procurement and Logistic Trainee, you will support organization in delivering analytical solutions. You will be responsible for design, development of analytical dashboards and IT tools using procurement data that will enable lean process automation and category analysis for the strategic sourcing process, business and product financial reporting and support category managers to help identify savings opportunities and better handle price movements enabling data driven supplier negotiations.

Your responsibilities

• Translating business requirements into data model(s) and analytical reports
• Aggregating & analyzing global spend and savings classification and trends
• Simplifying analysis using effective Power BI data visualizations
• Crafting and producing effective dashboards which promote data driven decision-making
• Identifying improvements opportunities to further improve existing process through BI
• Supporting activities to optimize and automate excel based process using VBA and/or into robust BI solutions
• Ability to support cross functional initiatives with design and delivery of analytical solutions
• Supporting new product launches; supplier selection, requests for quotes and insurance that suppliers with needed tools and solutions
• Displaying leadership for continuous quality and efficiency of introduced improvements

• 4th - 5th year of studies related to IT, Economics, Econometrics or similar,
• Strong oral and written communication skills, build positive relations,
• English – communicative/fluent
• Advanced knowledge of Excel,
• SAP, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query/Pivot, VBA will be an asset
