Opis stanowiska

Ensure compliance with the new IFRS 16 standard
Assist team lead with responsibility for the full governance over the accounting for leases from lease data collection to reporting
Act as the main point of contact within the team for technical matters
Provide expert advice to other team members on SAP and other systems used by the team
Drive continuous improvement for the lease accounting process
Support the business documentation checks
Identify new leases and actively communicates with the local entities and HQ functions
Monitor the current lease
Ensure lease calculations (liabilities, interests and assets) are posted monthly into SAP
Manage posting differences under local GAAP for leasing
Manage and calculate deferred taxes related to leasing
Assist Team Lead to manage the governance process and related controls
Participate in process modification / testing / process automation
Identify training gaps and provide continuous SAP and process training
Provide expert advice on relevant SAP modules
Assist Team Lead in putting together monthly KPI's

Wymagania

You have University degree (Accounting or Finance)
Knowledge of Lease Accounting (IFRS 16)
At least 3 years experience in a multinational company (preferably in a Shared Service Centre multifunctional role (i.e. AR/AP/CM/GL))
Strong command of English Language (oral and written)
Proficient Microsoft Excel User
Proficient SAP Power User
A professional qualification of ACCA, CPA, etc. is a plus
Knowledge of SAP 4 HANA and Lease Accounting by Nakisa is a plus
Strong communication and coordination skills
Details-oriented, organized and self-directed team player with an ability to work in matrix organizations
