The System Support Analyst performs functions to mainly support FT Investment Compliance teams. Within this role you will be responsible for providing technical expertise on the constraints of the compliance rules, using the trading system as the main business tool. As a System Support Analyst, you will also be developing and enhancing solutions and improvements to current processes.

Working with us, you will be responsible for:

• Working with the Investment Compliance Team to understand received requests and provide business system support
• Setting up new business restrictions and updating the existing ones
• Setting up resources (lists, calculations, etc.) required to post requested compliance rules
• Finding and suggesting improvements to business needs
• Project participation including but not limited to optimization of the existing rule universe in the system, and ongoing review of system enhancements

• Has strong analytical skills, ability to resolve simple and complex issues
• Ability to apply logical thinking to meet business needs
• Knowledge of investment management industry, including a solid understanding of financial markets and instruments
• Excellent attention to detail
• Prefer familiarity with different business or database tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau a plus)
• Solid verbal and written English
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Trading calendar preferable
