• Support the conception, design and implementation of a new learning management system (LMS) and a new learning experience platform (LXP) in an international project team, together with the global/international learning organization, business partners and IT
• Record, analyze and evaluate the requirements. Specify and coordinate the scope of services and the system design, together with the academies, IT and external system provider.
• Implement the LMS/LXP in the existing system landscape, with an agile project approach in cooperation with the global project group. Coordinate status meetings. Define and implement adjustments.
• Define interfaces for a smooth data transfer between the different systems (global HR system, training providers, LMS/LXP, Accounting, …)
• Test and approve implemented solutions, including functional and UX perspectives.
• Create a user-oriented documentation and training material for the different employee groups (managers, employees, training center, etc.), provide competent support.
• Ongoing further development and optimization of the systems and interfaces.

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, business administration with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in the interface area between human resources and information technology in an international company
• Experience with learning management and competence/skill management systems, if possible experience with cloud systems, e.g. Success Factors, Degreed, Edcast
• Experience in SAP HR in the modules PA and OM is a plus
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• Ability for intercultural cooperation, assertiveness, independence, communication skills, team spirit, customer orientation
