Do your part-time internship within the Factory Order Management department, and be supported in developing business skills, including practical communication skills, business acumen, time management, Microsoft Office, and much more. The exposure to the different functional areas will enable the development of skills and abilities that drives value for both Philips and our customers.

You will use your language skills on a daily basis while cooperating with our partners across European markets. After those 6 months you will be not only perfectly prepared for the role of Trainee, but as well, in the case of exceptional performance, for the regular, junior position.

What is Transport (IWD)?

The IWD (International Warehousing and Distribution) team is responsible for the transport of the ordered Philips products or components to production. The team is in contact not only with the Customers, but also with Business, Market and Functions.

Preparing daily meetings (lean daily management boards)
Excel master data for transport orders and freight audits
Supporting transport department with daily tasks

Wymagania

Able to work 35-40h/week
Very good command of English and fluency in Polish is a must
Experience in logistics will be an asset
Good numerical ability and analytical skills
Intermediate or advanced Excel knowledge
Problem-solving and result-oriented approach
Engaged, motivated, ambitious, eager to learn and develop new skills and knowledge
Working well individually as well as a part of a team
