Opis stanowiska

Conducting active sourcing of candidates
Using various channels to source and approach active and passive candidates on the market especially with social media tools (LinkedIn)
Cooperating with Hiring Managers to define recruitment needs, plan the process and provide information about market situation
Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes
Guiding candidates through the entire recruitment process
Cooperation within national expert groups and regular collaboration with HR teams
Participating in employer branding activities

Wymagania

2 years of experience in the HR environment with a main focus on active sourcing (LinkedIn search) and recruiting
University degree in psychology, business administration or comparable
Very good knowledge of professional social media
Good English and Polish skills, other languages are beneficial
Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills
Goal and solution oriented approach, strong initiative, openness to new ideas
Strong, empathetic team player
