Opis stanowiska

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Implement and improve the Sales Support Process objectives and the day-to-day management of the sales support process ensuring consistent supply of high quality services.

You are responsible for

Supporting the Tender Team in contract preparation
Registration of the service contracts
Preparation of the tender documents
Supporting the ongoing operational activities
Contract Management; preparation contracts for public and private customer
Preparation and maintain demo contracts

Wymagania

Currently studying (min. 3rd year of Bachelor Degree) or recent graduate in the area of Law or Technical University
Availability to work at least 30 hours/ week
Knowledge of the law in the field of sales contracts and public procurement
Fluent English and Polish, written and spoken
Self-driven and pro-active, able to work independently in virtual environment
Developed analytical thinking skills with an eye for detail
Working in matrix organization experience preferred
Ability to inspire commitment, communicate and influence virtually
Strong influencing and convincing skills
