Opis stanowiska

You will join the Administration Team – open, creative and supporting environment. You will benefit from the knowledge of your colleagues and will support others when needed. You will be reporting to: Facility and Administration Manager.

Your responsibilities

  • Providing general office administration services including guest coordination, reception and other processes;
  • Coordinating proper functioning of the office and overseeing its visual aspects;
  • Coordinating additional projects related to office space;
  • Conducting audits of the office space;
  • Implementing administrative processes and proposing improvements;
  • Registering and distributing incoming mail and couriers/ sending shipments;
  • Supervising and cooperating with external suppliers;
  • Supporting and coordinating organization of internal and external meetings, events, and initiatives;
  • Acting as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders


  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Administrative/Executive Assistant
  • Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Problem-solving attitude, process oriented, able to work within deadlines
  • Positive approach and stress resistance
  • Curiosity and continuous learning attitude
  • Ability to act independently and being active member of the team at the same time
