Your experience and background:
- Experience working as an IT Programme / Project Manager / Driver or as an RTE, preferably in Financial Crime domain / Financial sector
- Significant experience in technology delivery, with a focus on large-scale transformation programmes
- Experience supporting wider change activity towards a Target Operating Model state
- Experience in a leadership role within a large, matrixed organization
- Analytical skills and ability to deal with complex and demanding issues
- Good understanding of traditional project/program management and agile methodologies (SAFe/Scrum)
- Experience in risk and dependency management
- Experience building strong stakeholder relationships
- Excellent English skills, both in speaking and in writing
- Relevant university degree e.g. IT, finance, economics or similar
