• Work as part of an international, agile team to ensure the satisfaction of internal users across the company’s global locations, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Operational Product Maintenance:

• Provide product support (2nd/3rd line), ensuring effective cooperation with the Service Desk.
• Monitor infrastructure and logs proactively to maintain system stability.
• Develop and maintain user documentation, internal reporting and installation scripts.
• Optimize license consumption and maintain vendor relationships to ensure efficient resource utilization.

Change Management:

• Translate user requirements into actionable improvements.
• Implement new features provided by vendors while ensuring alignment with business needs.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Support testing efforts for new versions, features, and bug fixes of owned products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate functionality and ensure smooth transitions during updates.

• Proven Experience in user support and IT Tools: Hands-on experience in managing user requests and familiarity with tools like Remedy, ServiceNow, HPSM, or similar platforms.
• Expertise in ITIL Practices: Understanding of ITIL principles in modern organizations, with practical experience in service management.
• Agile Methodology Knowledge: Knowledge of agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and expertise in product backlog management and prioritization.
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration within a team.
• Willingness to Travel: Openness to domestic and international travel for interactive meetings with team members and key users, fostering collaboration and alignment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Educational Background: University degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field that supports your ability to understand complex IT systems and processes.
• Added Advantage: Knowledge of our specialized tools such as KeyShot, 3ds Max, FBX Review, VRED, HDR Light Studio, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Pixyz is a plus but not mandatory. Candidates eager to learn these tools are also encouraged to apply.
