We are currently looking for the right candidate for the position of MOTR Division, Factory Controller in Aleksandrów Łódzki. The successful candidate will support local finance activities connected to the core factory functions and effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data in order to evaluate various business alternatives and recommend the most appropriate business solutions. Drive definition and implementation of standards and business specific guidelines in financial control processes.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Preparation of budgets and monthly financial forecasts.
• Cooperation with business management during monthly closing activities
• Planning and controlling fixed and variable costs
• Execution of monthly and quarterly SOX controls
• Maintenance of business structure in SAP (cost centers, profit centers, rate calculations)
• Preparation of data for monthly business reviews and profitability analysis
• Development of product calculation models and post-calculation analysis
• Cash flow monitoring and actions to improve Net Working Capital.
• Support for factory management decisions and cross-functional strategic initiatives

• Completed degree in higher education in Finance or Controlling
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance function in production company
• Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills
• Good knowledge of SAP modules
• Good knowledge of English – written and verbal communication skills
• Very good communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving ability
• Ability to work individually or in teams and with deadlines
• Understanding of financial accounting, reporting, planning, controlling, assurance, internal control, treasury or investment is an advantage
