Your responsibilities

• Support in design and realization of modern UX-oriented solutions within the SAP HR Analytics System (SAP BW frontend tools: SAP-BEX, Lumira and SAC)
• Preparation of further development of existing analytic applications in the cooperation with Business and IT departments
• Support in creation of analytics, reports and answer report-related queries
• Ensure the monthly corporate personnel reporting
• Participation in local and international projects, e.g.: Data Circle, People Project & Rollout
• Continuous monitoring of the master data streams for further automation potential (e.g. optimization of interfaces)

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or similarly
• HR process and HR IT knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in the field of SAP Business Warehouse & know how in working with SAP BW frontend tools (SAP BEX, SAP Lumira and SAC is an advantage)
• Analytical and customer-oriented approach, as well as experience in international projects
• Experience in developing comprehensive concepts and keen interest in learning and working with data analytics
• High level of communication and cooperation skills
• Fluent in English, German knowledge as plus
