Your Role:

• Manage incoming customer orders, including systems, options, and upgrades, overseeing and coordinating the process to ensure order information is complete and correct before booking.
• Proactively collaborate with Account Managers, Project Managers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the Supply Chain team.
• Ensure timely handover of cases to order management following the agreed policy.
• Provide support in standardizing and documenting the way of working within the sales support team.

You're the right fit if:

• You are a student with at least two years of studies, eager to gain hands-on experience in order management and supply chain operations.
• You possess strong communication skills, are well-organized, and have a good knowledge of Excel.
•  You have a strong attention to detail and analytical skills for order information completeness and correctness.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are quick to adapt and learn, and bring an energetic approach to your work.
• You are available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
• Optional Dutch ; Danish ; French ; Swedish ; Finnish Language will be an asset
