We are looking for a motivated and curious Testing Intern to join the Device Configurator team within the Design, Configuration & Knowledge Sharing Agile Unit. This team develops and maintains configuration tools used globally across ABB’s Electrification business. The internship offers hands-on experience in testing activities within a complex, high-traffic, multi-system environment, all structured around Agile methodologies.

Your responsibilities

• Define and document testing processes for enterprise-grade web applications.
• Implement and automate test procedures to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Support additional testing-related tasks such as exploratory testing, regression analysis, and performance validation.
• Propose and deliver guidance, training, and support to help teams navigate testing challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to improve test coverage and efficiency.

Your background

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software testing principles and web technologies.
• Familiarity with test automation tools and scripting languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
