Opis stanowiska

YOUR TASKS

Handling the customer’s requests (via mail, telephone, tickets) and translating them into the ticketing system (creation of incidents / requests).
You will manage the follow-up of cases and ensure the update of documentation
You will take care of customer systems and infrastructure by monitoring them using monitoring tool and by contacting appropriate technical teams

Very good verbal and written French language
English at a communicative level
Customer - focused attitude
Good interpersonal and communication skills
IT basics
